About Me: www.sdudleymusic.co.uk I have been composing music for 6 years. I'm about to graduate from the University of Hertfordshire after having studied Music Commercial Composition & Technology for 3 years (predicted a 2:1). The course has exposed me to countless music genres and different forms of media associated with music and has enabled me to become competent in Logic Pro, MaxMSP, Reason and Sibelius.
I am also a performer and have been playing electric/acoustic guitar and bass for 6 years, drums for 4 years and singing for 4 years along with a basic knowledge of keyboard.
My experience includes writing music for a wide range of university led assignments including several sound design and mastering tasks, designing my own sound ident and creating a commercially professional fifteen minute concept album (for which I achieved a 1st). Further experience includes writing music for several amateur online games, frequently composing for an animation student's showreels, being commissioned to create the music and sound design for two major animation University projects and commercially releasing my own Ep of songs.
I'm very interested in writing for games, animation, films and TV, but equal is my love for playing in bands. I drum for a funk rock band which gigs frequently in and around London and I also sing for an upcoming alternative rock band called Polymers who have recently played the University of Hertfordshire's Forum. I have composed a large amount of both band's repertoire.
