Video length & size

Your video can be up to 2GB in size and effectively any length as long as the file size is not bigger than 2GB. Please note that the longer and/or higher quality your video is, the more compression will be required to fit it into 2 GB.

You can compress your video using film editors, such as Windows Movie Maker or Apple iMovie

Allowed video file types

Optimum video format

For the best resulting video quality for your reel, please use a .’flv’ file in ‘h.264’ format. Alternatively, a ‘.mp4’ file in ‘h.264’ format.
